Default Doing business in Philadelphia

I have a business privilege license to do business in Philadelphia that I have on hold, since I haven't been doing business lately. Now I have changed my business name and I need to find out if I can change my business name on my license and re-activate it or do I have to apply for a new license.

Can anyone help me with this?

Thanks
Virtual C
