Default Remember the Wawa hold ups last year?...

Those were the ones where the bandits were throwing hot coffee on cashier? I think some of them happened in western Delco & even over in S. Jersey.
Maybe that had an impact.

Coincidentally, there is a school for adjudicated youths called the Glen Mills Schools that is right off Rt.1 and serves young men from all over the country who have committed crimes. Don't know if that has any impact.

My kids went to Garnet Valley schools. One day when my daughter was in Middle School the siren went off at the Glen Mills School to notify area residents that there was an escapee. The public schools went to an immediate shut down. That happened once in the six years we lived in the district. I felt very safe when we lived there. The farmers market is a bit a bit low-life but more quirky then anything.

You mean Booth's Corner? My kids got the biggest kick out of that place. To me - Booths's Corner is the Pennsauken Mart of the area. Quirky is a good description.
