the news seems to be slanted. the more information that comes out, the less clear cut it seems. In fact, it's almost been slander

On June 29, 65 black and Hispanic children from the city camp, Creative Steps Inc., had made their first visit, where they heard some members make racial remarks and escort their own children away from the pool, Creative Steps Executive Director Aletha Wright said.
On July 3 the Valley Club refunded a $1,950 check to the camp, in Oxford Circle, to terminate the agreement allowing children from kindergarten through seventh grade to swim at the club.
A statement at the club's Web site yesterday said its leaders are "deeply troubled by the recent allegations of racism which are completely untrue."
Rather, the statement says, the day campers were turned away because they overwhelmed it's 110,000 gallon pool.
"We quickly learned that we underestimated the capacity of our facilities and realized that we could not accommodate the number of children from these camps," the statement says.
A worker at another Northeast Philadelphia day camp that had an agreement to use Valley Club this summer, Storybook Children's Center, said she believed the club's account. Monica Scanlon said she took 25 children of diverse ethnicities to its pool this summer, but the noise had clearly been too much for comfort. Valley Club President John Duesler had apologetically refunded Storybook's money, as he had for Creative Steps.
"He was trying to help us out because there weren't supposed to be city pools open this year," said Scanlon, who contacted The Inquirer after learning of the controversy.

The way that's stated, it's a generalization. Which whites? All whites? There's no qualifier and I'll be damned if someone is going to include me in there list of racist people.

Not to mention there is a unstated major premise in there that only whites are racist.

What do you expect? Whites are taught that blacks are dangerous and cannot be trusted. Just look at crime stats and you'll see why.

I just read the story on yahoo news. It doesn't say anything about them told to go away because of pool capacity. It says that racist comments were heard and that parents started pulling their children out of the pool. That part about pulling kids out of the pool as soon as black kids appear is appalling. The article seemed to imply that the camp chose to not come back versus them being kicked out.
