Default Homes in Yardley

There seem to be some really nice homes for sale in Yardley for about $409K, $419, etc., and the taxes are about 5-6,000 per year. Are there any areas of yardley that should be avoided? We have two small children and would like to raise them in a family friendly environment. Please, if you have any info as to areas to stay away from, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks!

As far as I know, Yardley's a great area to raise a family. There aren't any bad areas that I can think of. GL!

Default Yardley per se

Make sure it actually in Yardley.

Some of the bordering communities (morrisville) sometimes claim they are in Yardley.

Sorta like the people along route 1 in Jersey claim they live in Princeton
