How about Cuba Libre - really cute/hip place in the middle of Old City. Even better...go on First Friday (the first Friday of each month all the galleries stay open late and it's like a big party in Old City). Oh and maybe head over to Brasil's later for Latin Dance lessons.

While I philosophically oppose all bachelor and bachelorette parties I reccomend the Old City area for any night out. I do not approve of the over commercialized South Street.

Old City has turned into a rather dicey area lately. Just last wkd several people were shot and this is not a rare occurrence in the area. So be careful and watch those around you...

IMHO Center City would be a much safer area for a bunch of women...
