Vehicle safety inspection and emssions test
Hi, all.
I just moved here in Philadelphia and got my car registered to PA only a few days ago. I only have a few more days to get my safety inspection and emissions test done (to get the stickers).
Where in Philadelphia, near University City, can I get a quality service at a lowest price possible?
I have called Pepboys and they gave me something like $53 for the inspection. I am not sure if they will charge extra for the emissions test.
Please let me know where to find a cheapest price to get the both tests done.
My car is 2008 Honda Accord LX-P
