Default Is 7th and Ellsworth a safe area?
I'm looking to buy a house in S. Philly and I found something around 7th and Ellsworth -- is this a safe area? My partner and I are both late 20's and like to walk around at night, to and from bars and restaurants. Would you recommend/discourage this area? Thanks!
