You appear to have gotten a hold of some faulty information.

Suburban 2009 2nd qrt office report

http://www.selectgreaterphiladelphia...la_sub2q09.pdf

KOP/Valley Forge has more office space than all of South Jersey.

Center City- 42,111,555 sq ft.
Suburban PA- 58,290,097 sq. ft
South Jersey- 13,935,096 sq.ft.

We only wish South Jersey was as dynamic as you proclaim. SJ is lagging behind its Pa. brethren. S.J. is much younger and needs a stronger root sytem, we are aware, most of SJ is aware of that, the only one who seems to be unaware of that is moorestownresident.

Valley Forge is low rent garbage, Philly rags aren't objective. Mount Laurel is referred to as 'the silicon valley of the east', a market 'unto itself'. It is the 3rd largest hotel market after AC and Princeton. Nothing in PA compares. Which is why the PA Reits have set up shop in ML.

Published 2003:

Mount Laurel Emerges As South Jersey's Hot Market | North America > United States from AllBusiness.com (http://www.allbusiness.com/accounting-reporting/record-keeping/1067276-1.html - broken link)

Furthermore, you include Moorestown, Cherry Hill, Voorhees, Marlton and Princeton, the SJ market is 2-3X the size of the PA burbs. And before you give me some inane response, Valley Forge is 35 miles from Philly, Princeton is 45. The wealth and prestige of the greater Philly market in NJ is more robust than anything west of the Delaware. It is what it is. That's why you get more house in PA for the same cost in NJ and pay lower taxes.

That's totally incorrect. VF is only 10-15 miles to the border of Philly depending on where you're coming from. VF is 20-25 miles from City Hall.
