I found this very positive review about Philadelphia and thought I would share:
Just back from a great 7 days in Philly - A Review - Philadelphia Forum - TripAdvisor "Hello, before I went to Philadelphia I searched all the obvious sites - including this one for info. I think it was on Trip Advisor that brought to light a BBC programme that told us how dangerous the place was to visit - 'Killadelphia' they said."

He picked all the right places, some touristy and trendy spots. The blight in parts of West, North, and NE and the condition of things like the school district help contribute to this reputation
