I posted a thread over a month ago asking some general questions about different areas in philly to move. It's official in either January or June, I'll be moving to Philly (January depending on if I find a job before June when school is out for my son).
I am currently living in an apartment complex and the Management company is Madision Apartment Group (headquarted in Philly). Madison has 7 properties in suburban Philly. So, this is one step of my process that I don't have to worry about. But I need the true residents of these cities to give me the blow by blow of schools (elementary), crime in the area, diversity, accessibility to highways, and general do's and don'ts. The ones with stars represent the ones I think I like. Remember I've not been to view any of these places as of yet. Please do not be modest! I would like it straight no holds barred!!
