Default West Chester - too far of commute from Radnor??

Hi~
We're moving from out-of-state. We really like the houses in West Chester at our price-point. Will be working in Radnor - what's the commute like?

Have looked at a lot of the mainline towns as well, but many of the houses seem overpriced for out-dated kitchens and houses...

Any insight it helpful!

Thanks!

Rt 30(Lancaster Ave) gets pretty congested towards Radnor but its really not that bad of a commute from West Chester considering some of the other bottlenecks in this area. There are plenty of back roads that will get you to route 3(West Chester Pike) or Paoli Pike which is a straight shot to the West Chester area from Radnor.

Not a bad commute at all imo once you get to know the back roads. Route 3 is a breeze as you head towards WC, that should be your main artery.

Good luck.
