Default Switching to Montgomery County

We have been looking at Bucks primarily to live, now looking into North Wales, Lansdale and South of North Wales. North Penn High School looks like it is highly rated as well as Central Bucks. We are being relocated to job in North Wales, and moving into temporary housing next month.

Would appreciate any advice...two kids, 13 and 15. We liked Jamison but nothing is available now. I guess primarily if any areas to stay away from.

Thanks.

Move to MontCo. It's rated number 40 out of all of the counties in the United States in wealth. There are some good private schools as well as public school districts. North Penn is an excelletn school district and Owen J. Roberts school district is pretty amazing (near Pottstown), and is in a somewhat rural area, but not too far from the city. Not to mention MontCo Community College is one of the best community colleges in the state.

Wissahickon is a solid school district as well. You might be able to get a good house at a decent price in that area as well.

We have purchased a house in Upper Gwynedd Township, Lansdale. Do either of you know of good doctors, orthodontists, dentist, hair stylists, etc?

Thanks,
Beth
