Philadelphia's placement at #196 on the list of cities with lowest unemployment rates might be seen as stable in some minds, but really...we're tied with Goldsboro, NC...Brunswick, GA...Columbus, IN and Johnstown, PA. Boston is also tied at #196 where there has been a bloodbath of layoffs.

We're really not a big economic engine right now.
