Default Gotta love the homeless in Philly.

Taking the Patco over as I do everyday during the week, going up the steps, a big pile of dump left on the steps for people to walk in.

Love Philly.

I guess Patco operates the stations; I wonder if there's a number you can call to report the mess.

Default The best is when you can actually

SEE them going on the sidewalk. Urinating is so common. I guess when you gotta go, you gotta go.

Philly is like any other big city regradeing the homeless. It not as bad as it was back in the day.

So if you have to step over a pile in San Diego, it will be their fault. I guess there are no homeless where you are from
