Taking the Patco over as I do everyday during the week, going up the steps, a big pile of dump left on the steps for people to walk in.

There was a pile on No. Broad St. across from Temple u.

Let's not forget the smell of urine or Body Odor in Suburban Station either. Yuck!

All the time at the patco stations, some of it is fresh in the morning.

SEE them going on the sidewalk. Urinating is so common. I guess when you gotta go, you gotta go.

Philly is like any other big city regradeing the homeless. It not as bad as it was back in the day.
