Just wondering if any of you have heard anything about Silk Factory Lofts in Lansdale, and what you think... I haven't heard too many good things about the rental units there (or the maintenance/grounds/people)... but if anyone has any good things to share, I'd be willing to hear.

I'm guessing it will convert to condo's once the time that they must be apts is done. The sales agent - oops, rental agent - told me they had zoning or approval for apts but when I said I was looking for condo she said "just wait a few years".

I lived across the street from that old factory many years ago, I believe it is right next to the train tracks which could be a problem with noise and vibrations from passing trains.
