Housing Market in Western Suburbs
I am interested in seeing how people who have their house up for sale in the Western Suburbs of Philly are doing? How many weeks/months have you had your home for sale? How much traffic are you getting?

Homes in the Unionville Chaddsford area seem to sell quickly because it is a highly sought after school district. It has it's problems as you have previously posted but the good still far out weighs the bad. If your home is priced right it will sell in any area around Philly.
