Default Newer homes w/in 30 mins of King of Prussia?

I work in King of Prussia and am looking to (finally) buy a home that's within a reasonable driving distance from KoP. I'm born and raised in this area, but I'm having a difficult time finding anything that meets my criteria. It will be my first home and I don't want to deal w/hassles so I'm looking for something newer than 3 yrs. So far, I've looked into Ryan Homes in Gilbertsville, but 422 is a pain in the morning, so I'm looking at other options.

Looking for a 3+ br, $200-300K w/at least 2.5K SF. I don't have kids, getting married in Sept, so I want to make sure the school district is good for resale purposes (e.g. nothing in Coatesville SD). What areas/communities should I be looking at to keep me w/in 30-40 mins of KoP?

Appreciate your help!

Nissan,

I would definitely say either Downingtown or Phoenixville. You can find houses matching your criteria. Downingtown has a great school district and you can hop on Rt 30 to Rt 202 to get to KOP in about 25-30 minutes. 422 seems to be getting worse every week with more houses being built in Gilbertsville and Pottstown. Phoenixville is also a great upcoming area where I find a lot of my clients looking to move to. The nightlife is great and there are many parks in the area. Plus, you can take back roads to KOP in a matter of minutes.
