Oh I'm not religious not in the slightest, but from your " nowhere " remark that got me thinking so that's why it's a nice thought to be reborn straight after as it would be quite boring otherwise

Another question that is completely unknown without doubt that no human can possibly answer.

I always wonder this myself. Were we all animals before birth? Are we born again as an animal or human after death? Will we remember anything about our current existence as a human after death?

I suppose when i hear people saying " oh I had a dream about my previous life " that DOES give me food for thought

Nobody knows for sure.
Oh,sure, the religious say "YES" (some even believe in reincarnation, and claim that you will be back as a squirrel or your own great grandson. Or something...).
But the atheists say "NO".
But neither really KNOWS the answer!

At some point in time believers in the Son of Man receive a so-called heavenly body aka spirit body , but
when weighed against the resurrected Jesus who cleverly modelled His heavenly body for 40 days to perhaps 800-1000 people ( many believers) that heavenly body thing gives me a warm and fuzzy. I want to travel around the universe and earth as light ,orb or whatever God desires. Being a unidentified flying object could be a hoot!

My energy, cumulative life experience and spiritual light will travel through time and space in molecular form, transcending my terrestrial being.

Its going to be wicked.

Check out Near Death Experience dot com website. Plenty of people have been and come back.

The spiritual realm is real. God and Jesus are real.

Don't yield to doubt. Only believe. Seek the Truth and you will find It - It comes in a Person - Jesus Christ.

Life actually ends at death.

That is what death is . . . the end of life.

Not a continuation of it in some other realm.

“The dead know nothing at all.” (Ecclesiastes 9:5)

The first man, Adam, was initially formed from dust, and, returned to the dust when he died. (Genesis 2:7; 3:19)

Likewise, all others who die return to the dust.—Ecclesiastes 3:19, 20.

There is no 'afterlife'.

“The soul that is sinning—it itself will die.” (Ezekiel 18:4)

Since a person is a soul, to say that someone died is to say that his soul died.

"What Happens After Death?" is an article that share more scriptures relating to your question.
