I'll say Tucson. Tucson has more quality, while PHX might have a higher number of great restaurants....Tucson's restaurants are more consistent.

I'd say Picacho Peak (exit 219) has both towns beat.

Yes, like Oaxaca's. However they have too much garbage, like: Raliberto's, Filiberto's...all that trash.

That's why I give the edge to Tucson. Not as much trash...not quite as high end...but a lot of places you can't go wrong.

Plus Tucson has those Sonoran Dog places...as far as I know no such places exist up here.
