I can't tell with out the cross road, Germann and what? That area to my knowledge is pretty good. Most of its new, good shopping up there. Is it by Ocotillo?

Check with Chandler PD. Plug in the address you're interested in (or cross streets) at:
Corona Solutions: Public CADmine BTW Germann and Ocotillo both run east-west, two miles apart. |

Germann and Chandler run parallel to each other. What are the cross streets? There are a few apt buildings on Germann rather close to the mall that I can think of that are in a good neighborhood. The cross streets would be Germann around Dobson and Alma School. Other then that, not sure what area you're talking about.

The newer areas are ok it is the older run down areas that pose a potential problem

Ocotillo is also a neighborhood or town out in South Chandler! Thats what I was refering to and I was curious of the crossroads to see if it was close to that area. If the crossroads are Dobson-Alma then yes that is a good area. Just south of there is the town of Ocotillo with great shopping and a great atmosphere. You should love it. Some farms and sub divisions, its nice.

That is a perfect location in my opinion. Southeast by 5 min. is Ocotillo and Northwest by 5 min. is the Chandler Mall and the hospital. You made a good choice. Lots to do and a nice safe feeling! Congrats.
If I were recommending a place to live in Phoenix that would be it. I live around that area and go shopping over there. I always think of relocating in Ocotillo because of the feel, I don't ever feel the bad effects of Phoenix out there. Funny I know but you will see what I mean when you get there. They planned the neighborhood well. |

I am glad to hear that! You have no idea how hard it is to find an area which is good from this far (I am in L.A. right now)......

They will be building a new hosuing development across the street. I believe the sub division will be called Stonegate (or something very similar), and the houses are supposed to start in the upper $400K's. Not sure what the sq ft will be, or when they will actually start. I think they just built (or dropped off) the trailer/office a few weeks ago.
What is the rent range for that apt complex? I am assuming you are referring the one on Dobson, just south of Germann. Would be the perfect spot if you work in Chandler, or for Intel or Orbital! |
