Question Val Vista Lakes/ Seville info, pictures?

Both of these areas sound nice. Looks like schools in both are good, whcih is important since I have an elementary age child. Just wondered if any of you living in either of them can comment on a few things. Do they have bike paths? Being as Seville is newer does it have as many big shady trees like some pictures I've seen of Val Vista Lakes area? If I do move over there later this year I'm going to want to rent - are there many reasonable rentals? Looks like about $1000 to start for a small house. Does that sound right? How about sizes of yards - either of them smaller than the other? Last - how about mountain views? That's one of the things I loved most about Tucson when I lived there. Do either have mountains nearby? Any pictures of either of these areas would be great. Thanks!
