My kids are natives and they like it real hot! I like it hot but I have my limits when my skin starts feeling like it peeling off my face

c2kittykats Im glad you are trying to do something about this issue

My nephew gets severe bloody noses in the Summer from the dry heat. I guess it's been happening to him now for several years and seems to be getting worse. I had never heard of that before.

I personally wasn't suggesting anyone's children go out there and get heat stroke. I know some children have different problems and reactions to this heat. I have 4 kids, 2 natives who are all 18 and over now and I just never had any problems with them. They were pushed hard at school for sports.

azkylady is on a distinguished road
Default make sure hes drinking enough water

does your Nephew drink enough water? how young is he? try uping the water intake, membranes get dry all ready in the summer, but not enough water makes it more severe.
