Overall: Shopping, resturants, jobs, fun things to do, are people friendly, traffic, and anything you thing would be helpful

Norterra area is great. Mellow Mushroom has the best pizza! The traffic circle sucks in traffic though. I wish they would widen Happy Valley over the freeway.
