We've found 2 houses that we like, one in Watermarks built by Camelot, and one in Catalina Shores built by TW Lewis.

We like the house in Watermarks better, but want a pool, so house in Catalina is same price and has pool - so seems like a better value for us.

Is one development or builder more desirable, better build?

We're having a tough time, as we do like the house in Watermark better, but smaller house, and no pool/spa... same price for larger house with pool/spa in Catalina... both short sales.

Any advice?

Well, I know Catalina is a great area. Plus, I wouldn't live in Phoenix without a pool. Tried it and was miserable I won't do it again. Summers are great with a pool and too long without one. lol
I don't know about the other one, it seems nice as well, I drive by it a lot.
