Living in AZ for just the winter months would be GREAT!!! I would def do it! Queen Creek is great, we have plenty of shopping nearby and gas, groceries, including 2 walmarts and a Target. We also have many fast food chains and a few good restaurants. You really would not need to drive into Phx for anything. There are also many Dr offices and they are in the process of building a hospital. Hopefully it will be done this year
Queen Creek is not as bad as everyone makes it sounds. Yes the roads are mostly 2 lanes and traffic does get backed up, but if you do not have to commute and be out during rush hour times its great!
