Welcome to the PHX forum. SO, as with all of these requests? Rent or Buy? In either case what is the budget? What parts of Phoenix (it is HUGE) do you need to get to in 30 mins? Depending on answers to these people can more effectively help you out. It may turn out your budget doesnt support a 30 min commute, but people here will do their best!

Where in Phoenix will you need to be within 30 minutes of? huge , and there are many great neighborhoods all over the valley. Answering those questions will help narrow down the search.

THANK YOU - guess I need to do a little more research. I'm not exactly sure where my husbands office is. I was just hoping for a 30 minute commute one way for him - so we didn't have to live right downtown.
