Looks like there was news on 44 Monroe last week that I missed - there is a new owner with stable financing and the sales office should be back open in November.

I hope they find someone to do that Hotel Monroe project. It's a lovely exterior, and it would be great to restore it.

More than why that building is lit up, I would think you would be more curious as to what the hell that bright green arrow is doing there. Now that is really weird.
