I've read that Kansas City has the best Outback Steakhouses, while Fort Worth has the best Chilis.

What city has the best Olive Garden?

Outback is above average price and below average quality. Depends on how long the high school kids let your steak and/or salad sit under the heat lamp. Buy some sirloin at Costco; you will have five trys to do it better, for the same money.
