3 car garage, single story and $350,000! (Gilbert, Goodyear: house, square footage, where to live)

Hi everyone,
Hubby and I just returned from a trip the first week of July and we saw a fair amount of the area. Hubby will be working at Sky Harbor and we have upped our price to $350,000 and we would like a single story with a 3 car garage. Square footage isn't a big issue for us, although a shady backyard in the afternoon in very important! If you had to advise us where to live, where would it be? We like Arrowhead. We liked a house in Laveen, but weren't too impressed with the drive to Laveen (although quite close to the airport)! Goodyear seemed nice. Any thoughts/suggestions? Thanks in advance!

the airport takes us 20 min in non traffic and 30-40 in traffic in the am and pm

There's a house on my street that is 2000sf, 4/2, three car garage, and one level for $349,900. I wasn't able to check out the last open house, but the outside looks nice and the flier as well. It has a E-W exposure, with a pool and spa, and citrus trees. It's just 3-4 miles east of Arrowhead up off of Happy Valley.

My vote will always be Arrowhead.
