Pinal County bucked the regional trend during November and the data released by ARMLS (www.ARMLS.com) seems to have confirmed my unscientific views of the Pinal market.

Sales Volume - UP about 8%+ from Oct 2010 to Nov 2010. (Still down condiserably though from the tax incentive activity in Nov 2009).

Median Sales Price - UP from 88K in Oct 2010 to 92K in Nov 2010. (Though still down about 10% year over year)

Avg Sales Price - UP from 99789 in Oct 2010 to 104,770 in Nov 2010. (Again, down about 10% year over year).

Active listing basically FLAT from Oct 2010 to Nov 2010 at about 4100 or so..so new inventory is NOT accumulating.

These Pinal trends seem to be bucking the regional trends which are slightly down overall, both monthly and Y-o-y. I will not be posting all the regional figures since everyone here seems to be pretty good at getting them from ARMLS website now.

So is Pinal in a bottom bouncing trend? Who knows.
