This is my first post on here so be nice people
Best place/area for single late 40's people? I was leaning towards Peoria or Goodyear. Was in Buckeye this past August and think it is way to far out. Also, is Gilbert more for the younger crowd? Maybe I should just go to Sun City and retire!
LOL I work from home for now, so no commuting at this point.

If you are going to be commuting at some point in the near future, then rent until you sort that out. Gilbert is not necessarily for a younger crowd, but is geared to families. I'd look at Tempe or Chandler on the east side, I'd take Peoria before Goodyear, but only because I'm more familiar with it. Either would work. Also the area of Glendale around Arrowhead.
