It's amazing to me that so many folks in this area of the country believe they HAVE to buy from a "McBuilder". Believe it or not, there are entire states in this country that have about a 0% presence of any of the above builders. And it isn't about cost savings - if anything, the homes in those areas are less expensive than the homes here are.

So do you know much about the T.W. Lewis homes? How do they stand up to Pulte. Looking at ones in the North Phoenix area

Shea is rated #1 in customer satisfaction according to J.D. Power. So Shea is the best then. Worst builders are Beazer and Meritage.
