After a long drawn out process, I'm finally closing on my investment property in Peoria. Our shopping was done along with friends that will be our tenants. They are lifetime Arizona residents, so we assume that they would know the area better than most, but I am curious about other opinions about the area.

The home purchased is a 4 bedroom 2 bath home that is over 1800sf and is located in the area just west of the 101 and just north of Olive. The subdivision is called Springer Ranch from what I believe. Any opinions on the area? I got a very good price on the home that was built in 2002.

Was it an REO? I would say 90,000-big repairs. Waht is the lot size? If you give a specific address, I can see tax data. Who was the builder?

I'm not asking about my property specifically, but the neighborhood in general. I already have all that I need on the home, I bought it.

dacubz,

We're doing the same thing with my friend (we're the renters/shoppers, he's the investor). He has an offer on a nice Litchfield Park SS that is in negotiation right now. Good investments when you begin with a certain tenant.
