Fine. Home prices in Verrado range from $219k-$1.79m. As if that was hard to find.

What exactly were you hoping to get from, “how are home prices in Verrado”? What are you even asking? Garbage in, garbage out.

Folks in Verrado know about the water rate controversy. Is there a solution to the price gouging?
(Detroitn8v~ You're not the internet police. Give it a rest.)

I don't agree with Detroit on a lot, but if you want to know about additional costs ask about that.

It you want to know about appreciation, movement in pricing, movement in housing types, etc then ask that

Just asking for pricing isn't asking for much and doesn't give much for people to go with

Are you familiar with Verrado? Are you familiar with the private water company charging 4 times the rate of surrounding area water companies?? Just because you didn't see my other question, doesn't mean you can tell me what I should or should not ask.
Last time I checked it was a free country. I may ask any question I like.

You seem to be having a fine conservation with yourself......

Enjoy your freedom and Google Verrado EPCOR

Here is a good starting reference

This situation is different from the one in Buckeye proper

Except Detroit is correct. You ask "how are home prices" when you know exactly how they are. What answers are you really looking (trolling?) for?

Ahhh, so it has NOTHING to do with home prices, it's actually trolling to start an argument over water company pricing. Got it...
