Default condo insurance

What are your experiences? What are the best companys that give you insurance if you are not owner occupied and if we have no funiture in it for the first couple of months?

yes, get it. It isn't expensive. I had American Family who insured my car also. Had a flood from broken pipe in apt upstairs from me. Ruined some of my stuff. They paid me $500 without even coming over to take a look, not sure why. Maybe it was right after one of those hurricanes down south and they were too busy to bother for $500.
