I think it was a pittance of a storm, I barely noticed. But then, I am from the Midwest where REAL storms occur.

OMG, all I can say is...are you kidding? That wasn't even a dent in anything. It was like eating four potstickers. Oh My Goodness.

The rain was confined mainly to the east side of the valley. We only got the wind and the dust here in the northwest side of Phoenix, not much rain.

I'm glad I missed it, I hate the monsoon! My mother in-law called and said it was pretty bad in Mesa.

Yeah, the best of it hit Queen Creek, Chandler, Mesa and Awatukee, and some of Tempe.. Sorry for the north, it really was a site. You could hear the dirt blasting the windows for an hour. I couldn't even see my neighbors house and our fences are shared. The lightning and rain were a great show.

I know, everyone from everywhere always warns me about 90 with 60% humidity. Well, I sat on my porch in it all night for the first time all summer I could stay out there longer than 10 min.! I'd trade anyday.

It came through Maricopa (city) also. Very low visibility -- and people still driving upwards of 80 MPH! Lots of lightening and thunder, but not too much rain.
