I'm about 5 years away from retirement and am financially stable and thinking of moving to Arizona. I'm an outdoors person, and want to live somewhere relatively safe, clean and where I can find a home for a decent price, hopefully not much over $100,000.

I can totally relate! I live in Wisconsin, and absolutely cannot take this cold weather anymore. After our last blizzard which dumped 24" of snow, and left 6ft snow drifts in front of my doors, and I worked for "hours" shoveling, I said I never want to pick up a shovel again!

LOL when I saw the title of this thread I thought it was about this weekend's weather in Phoenix. Just moved here from Oregon a few months ago and two days into the clouds, dark and cold and I'm sick of it!
We do need the rain though, for which I'm grateful.
