2011 assessments were issued on February 12, 2010. I guess that means we will be getting 2012, any day now. Predict the change in yours, tell us what type of property and the zip or city.....

I have a condo-townhome in 85021, I predict a 10% decrease.
I have a small SFR in 85014, and I predict an 8% decrease.

Anyone else?

Single Family home in 85029:

5% decrease even though it REALLY dropped 40%.
