That's not the Phx Country Club area- that would be over on 7th st. Your looking in the avenues it looks like on 12th place. I wouldn't say that's the best area, but it could be worse.

Actually, when I look up the address on Google Maps, it's right by the Phoenix Country Club -- near 12th St, rather than 12th Avenue.
The area is mixed. There are nice condos and apartments on some blocks. Other blocks are not as quite as nice, although I don't consider the area truly scary in any way. Take a close look at the area before signing a lease.

I will tell you that the address you listed can be a bit depressing. It's an older area kind of on the downslide. There are so MANY nice apartments around...give us some more info, like where your job will be, etc.

Ooops, my bad. For some reason I was thinking Place was in the avenues. It's been a while since I've worked with addresses.
I know the area of 12th st and Indian School and that's not a good area and that's only a 1/2 mile north of the area we are talking about.
