I'm here fresh from Lafayette Indiana and didn't bring dressers and living room furniture. I live in Goodyear, but am looking for a good discount, better than walmart quality furniture outlet or store for dressers, waterbed, sofa, loveseat, recliner. It doesn't have to be in Goodyear, just looking for good deals with quality for kid use.

Go to Ikea for your dressers! You will not get a better quality for the price. But hope you are good with the tiny hex wrench. NOT mattresses 9oe waterbed)at Ikea though, just check out any of the major mattress discount stores. I just went to the JC Penneys showroom in Mesa I think they have decent sofas and recliners for the price that you can order to suit.

There are two large, family quality, furniture stores just north of McDowell on Estrella (Palm Valley) Prkway. East side of the road. There are a couple more including an Ashleys next to SamsClub/HomeDepot on Dysart south of I10.

We bought some furniture from Ashelys when we first moved here in Mid 2009. I was not impressed at all.

A recliner/rocking chair we bought still has some bark on the wood used in the framing of the chair (only visible when the chair is on its side). The bedroom suite wasn't manufactured very well (no dove tailing in the corners). I was in a rush to buy and didn't pay close enough attention.

I've gone to the Room Store with some success, but I confess I do like Ashley too. Oh, and Mor furniture is good too. Believe it or not, I've gotten some good stuff at Target and Costco and also thrift stores.

There are several furniture stores around here in Goodyear to choose from like LaZBoy N of I 10 at Estrella Falls shopping center, Room Store S of I 10 on Litchfield, Ashley S of I 10 on Dysart.
Personally, i would suggest you check out the Dump in Tempe for better prices, quality and style .

check out mattress in sams club, they hv reduced prices on serta.

if u r looking for gr8 deals, check out big lots furniture too, they hv some gr8 deals sometimes. I remember seeing a gr8 serta plushy recliner there

Yes, Big Lots has some furniture pieces that actually look pretty good. Several Valley locations.
