Hi,
I am about to move my family from San Francisco to Phoenix (New job starts May 2nd), we think we will choose to live in Chandler for its proximity to work, we have been looking on Craigslist for a week or two but there just doesn't seem to be many options available in this city or many others. We have tried google searching for other websites advertising rental property (houses) but I am having little luck... am I missing something. How do you find a nice place to rent in Phoenix?
Thanks for your help
Dan

Some realtor websites have rentals listed along side their houses available for purchasing. I am glade you are getting a house and not an apartment, they are a nightmare in Phoenix.

hotpads.com ,realtor.com, are a couple websites. We found our two bedroom condo through hotpads. After you find a place, I would check out the crime map and see what kind of area the house is in. Remember, just because the house looks nice doesn't mean the neighborhood is.

Default Rental sites

I used desertwide.com when I was looking for a house to rent...they had a lot of properties. Aldo try looking under home rentals in your search engine...there are lots of property mgmt places in the valley..Also try rentalhomesplus.com
