Default Huge empty lot in San Tan Valley

Did a search and didn't find an answer...
Anyone know the story behind that huge lot at Hunt Hwy and Gary? Looks like pads for stores and lots of parking. Surrounded by temporary chain-link fencing. Failed shopping center or ?
Thanks in advance!

The Denny's is almost done: Skyline Ranch Marketplace Empty Parking lot (http://santanevents.com/2010/11/dennys-accepting-bids-for-their-skyline-ranch-marketplace-location/ - broken link)

I heard the other stores are still on hold from Pinal County. Still waiting to hear back from the Chili's management to see if they are going to build before the retail like Denny's.

Thanks! We're closing on a house in that area next week and curiosity was getting the best of me.
Nice to know more restaurants are coming, although we fell in love with the fountain area at the QT!
