Looking for lawn maintenance and pool service for our Chandler home (vacation home, move)

Hello all. Our home will be on the market after we move this week. I was apparently one of the few people who did their own pool and yard out here so now I'm looking for recommendations on a reasonable service to keep things maintained once we're gone. We are located in South Chandler near Ocotillo.

The gardener I use for all my properties is Ken Montufar 480 228 4939. He also does homes for people who are vacation home owners.

Tell him Bill Travis gave you his name. He knows that if I get a complaint from anyone I refer him to, that they can call me and I'll talk to him about it.

For pool service, Justin's Pool Service 480-632-0000. Justin does my properties. Reliable service, and will keep you informed of any problems that need to be fixed. I also do not receive any kickbacks or referral fees.
