Of course!

The home is in top condition, and was purchased by the seller for 2.3 mil a couple years ago.
I was able to negotiate the property with all furniture plus a savings of $100k. And we had competition! Maybe we both are owed a dinner?

I've been buying in Queen Creek and everything I have is rented. I get enough inquiries that I find myself trying to find people with the least amount of damaged credit before I push the go button. BTW, even up to 3 months ago there was NO multiple bidding. I'm waiting to continue buying this fall, I think the multiple bid activity will be done with by then. (Could be wishful thinking on my behalf)
