I really liked Paragon. I would have moved there but they had a waiting list on one bedrooms.

Shade is a bit younger demographic and run by Mark Taylor who is known for sponsoring pool parties. I would not say Shade is the priciest either. Shade is mostly if not entirely units over garages with alleys, sort of like a nuevo modern southwest take on New York painted in desert colors lol. The layout may have something to do with the noise. Also Shade is at a really busy intersection across from Desert Ridge and shops and offices, which also may have something to do with it.

There also are apartments or condos they rent out in Grayhawk just the other side of the 101. Grayhawk is a nice area. I dont recall the name.

I think the priciest award in this part of town is Desert Parks Vista at DC Ranch, or City North.

When I first moved here in 2007, my favorites were Desert Parks Vista, Desert Club and Shade. DPV was a tad expensive and not as convenient to stuff, so I went with Desert Club. I didnt visit Paragon until this year.

There is also another pretty nice place San Antigua at Hayden and Via de Ventura. My boss lived there and said it was nice. That is about 10 minutes or so from Paragon.

And I really like the place I am now, Crown Court.

There is another complex over by Alexan, I think it is Broadstone something or other.

The cheapest in this part of town would be Tatum Gardens, Bellagio and a Broadstone complex right near Bellagio. Or Via de Ventura Apartments next to San Antigua.

There is also Pillar near Scottsdale and Frank Lloyd Wright that Ive heard is pretty nice.

I suggest you plan a trip out to see the different communities for yourself.

Thanks a lot for all the suggestions. I'll be sure to check them all out. I'm not sure if I can manage to fly out there beforehand for a look, but I'll see if it's possible.

We'll be sure to stay away from Mark Taylor properties. Do you know any other properties with that sort of reputation, so that we know to avoid them? Do you know if Ninety Degrees has that reputation?
