I am going to be spending Memorial Day weekend on Lake Pleasant. I have not been to this lake since 2005, so how crazy has it gotten with the massive influx of transplants to the Valley since then?

Traffic on the water was decent the same weekend 05.

I would expect numerous arrests, and a few fatalities--either in transit to, or in the Lake itself. I knew this kid that used to have a saying on how to stay out of trouble--"AVOID THE BROWN SIGNS".

It's so big that the boat traffic is not bad once you get on the lake even on the busy weekends. Campgrounds will all be full but there is a lot of shoreline available for tenting. Sheriff patrols will be out looking for BUI. I was up there this week. Water seems cold for this time of year, but the kids were OK with it.

I can see that. The weather has been abnormally cool up until this weekend. Though it was pretty nice up until this weekend.

I've developed an anxiety issue with large groups of people after I got out of the Army this past fall, as song as it isn't too congested on the water I should still have enjoy the weekend. I will be meeting my girlfriends parents for the first time, so it is already going to be a stressful experience lol.
