Default Best place to buy laminate wood flooring in AZ?

We have decided to replace the carpet in main areas, but will sell next year, so we don't want to put down hardwoods. Where can I find a stellar deal on laminate flooring?

Here's my recommendation, jco

JUST FLOOR U, Inc, Mesa, AZ 85204 (480 325-8357) did a fantastic job in my place a few years ago as well as for a couple of friends I referred.

After having both the real stuff and laminate . . . LAMINATE IS THE WAY TO GO.

Good Luck!

Thanks, Bummer. Could you tell me about what they charge? My husband can lay the flooring; we just need to find an awesome deal on price. Lumber Liquidators has laminate on clearance for 78 cents... do you think I can beat that?

Thanks again

Sorry, jco, no more help from down here as it has been about five years now.

Actually, 78 cents sounds fairly inexpensive but what I remember from the research I did prior to making my decision, there are many quality levels of laminate flooring . . . the old "you get what you pay for" type of thing.

You've got nothing to lose . . . give them a call.

Good Luck

Costco sells laminate flooring, but I can't recall the price. They only have about 3 finishes to choose from, but it was a quality brand.

I saw some laminate flooring at Big Lots. You have to buy it by the carton and they only have one color. I can't remember the price but I know when I saw it I thought "If I were going to redo my living room that would be a really good price for flooring!"

You might also try Construction Lots and a place called Stardust Building Supplies that supplies the Habitat for Humanity Project. Both of these have websites as well.

I got a pretty good deal on those dupont laminate floors at Home Depot about a year ago. Those were a really good quality floor and it comes with the padding already glued to the bottom. They come in Maple, Walnut and Cherry.
