Can anyone tell me what parking is like in this city? Is downtown heavily metered? Also, rents seem really affordable--does rent include a parking space?

My roommate and I both have cars and just wondering what to expect. I have lived in some larger cities and parking has always been expensive...just haven't heard much on the subject in Mesa. Thanks in advance!

Apartments in the Phoenix area, including Mesa, come with parking. Downtown has some meters, but there's lots and streets that are not metered as well.
