Default Casa Blanca in Paradise Valley

Is anyone familiar with the Casa Blanca gated community in Paradise Valley?
I was wondering if anyone knew who the builder was for the small single family units in there? They were built around 1991.

Thank you!
MM

Casa Blanca is a wonderful small community. It is very desirable in that it is walking distance to Fashion Square Mall and downtown Scottsdale.

Casa Blanca was once a premier community in the valley. They are considered Townhomes (detached), so you have common areas. Some of the original homes are very small 900-1500 sq ft. The newer phase has semi-custom homes in the 2000-2500 sqft range.

I also noticed they are building again in the area north (called Casa Blanca Estates) these are larger SFR homes in the 5000+ sq ft range ($3m+).

With Casa Blanca you are definitely paying for location. For the same price, you can get a much larger home up north. I think for this reason, it is not as popular as it once was. But, if you want to be near downtown and not have to drive everywhere, Casa Blanca is a great location.

I do not know much about the builder. The builder's name was Bachman.

if it's important to you, parts of the Casa Blanca development are in the Town of PV and other parts are in Scottsdale.....the small townhouses (SW quarter of the development) are in Scottsdale since PV traditionally doesn't allow lots smaller than an acre......

Thank you for the info. I love the feel of that area, so close to everything, has a little urbane vibe, but you go in a street and it's quiet and charming.
