Noisy horse track? Is there that much noise from the track in that area?

The unanimous place to be is NW Peoria. Hands down.

I have to say Scottsdale only because of its greenbelt for blading, biking, running, walking.

Yesterday I was driving down Hayden through McCormick Ranch (still a lovely neighborhood) and then past the greenbelt. I lived right by what is now the greenbelt back in the late 60's-70's. It's still a really nice area.

Yes. I owned a rental property in ponderosa north until 2006. Unless they changed in the past 5 years, that loudspeaker is blaring several times a week.

Good to know, I've never been in any of the houses around there. It wouldn't matter during the week if you were gone, but the weekends could be a pain.
